What files do I receive from you?

You will always get a PDF guide that contains all the elements included in our package. We will then deliver any assets (logo, branding kit, custom stories, frames, etc) in Ai, EPS, PNG, and JPEG.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, with some services a 50% mandatory deposit will need to be paid upon booking, while your final payment is due on delivery day (prior to me sending all your files).

Can I have a refund?

Once we start working together. You give V STUDIO permission to process payment which is non-refundable. You understand the specifics of the services offered, and agree dissatisfaction with the services will not result in a refund. You understand I do not guarantee you will earn money, acquire followers, or see results using the techniques and strategies taught through the consulting services, although they have been proven to be successful in the past. Results will be dependent on you.​
